Steps in engaging ACTRPS
The steps in engaging ACTRPS are al follows:
- Email or phone to get a booking for a site inspection and risk assessment
- A full quote and risk assessment is provided to the client
- Client provides ACTRPS with a signed letter of engagement and signs any other necessary documents required for the quote
- If required, ACTRPS assists in obtaining any specific permits required under the quote
- A schedule of planned sessions to be conducted by ACTRPS is provided to the client
- ACTRPS undertakes all works as per the quote/agreement with the client
- At the conclusion of works, a full cessation report detailing the outcomes of the program of work is provided to the client
- ACTRPS provides a recommendation of maintenance in our report to the client.

- Provide accurate details of the boundaries and borders of the site that is to be worked.
- Inform us of any date, day or time limitations for planning purposes (e.g. only between 11pm and 4am Tuesday to Thursday).
- List any hazards or infrastructure that we need to be aware of while conducting activities
- Supply keys or free and open access to the site at the agreed days and times
- To inform us of any situational or site changes, e.g. livestock moved to a different paddock on a rural landhold or if there is construction works being undertaken on a commercial site.
